FAST Is Hiring
Because High Quality Forensic Work Shouldn’t Burn You Out
The Forensic Assessment Services Team (FAST) is growing FAST, and we’re looking for licensed psychologists with forensic training and interest in personal injury/damages evaluations to join our team.
Dr. Ashbaugh and Dr. McLawsen co-founded FAST to help solve the shortage of qualified evaluators available to conduct high-quality forensic psychological evaluations. Our mission: ensure every litigant gets a thorough, fair, and timely evaluation — but never at the expense of our evaluators' wellbeing.
FAST offers a supportive and energizing environment where talented forensic psychologists can thrive in a workplace that prioritizes sound clinical judgment, best practices, our evaluators’ integrity, and people over paperwork. If you’re jazzed about doing meaningful, flexible, evidence-driven evaluations as part of a team that truly values your expertise, FAST wants to hear from you.

*A note on modality:
FAST is uncompromising when it comes to best practices. Much of our work is conducted via telebehavioral health. However, if an evaluation needs to be undertaken in person (e.g., due to testing demands or specific clinical concerns), we’ll arrange for the telehealth evaluator to partner with a local psychometrist or a local evaluator.
